"couch potato study."

That's right - if you or someone you know between the ages of 21
and 60 wants to improve their diet and increase their physical
activity, they should check out this link:

If approved, participants can get up to $730 in the
study. It'll involve a few hours of interviews and lab visits - and
of course, the willingness to do what is asked of you, such as
recording your diet and activity. It's a win-win; get healthy and

Do NOT miss the Arts & Riverwoods show, starting Saturday & Sunday,
October 13th and 14th from 10 am - 5 pm. Now, in its 48th year, this
