Love the Air Show, Hate the Crowds?

Here's a great Insider Tip: If we're lucky enough to have some clear
skies this weekend, and you can do without a lot of hullabaloo,
Evanston's lakefront is a great place to catch a suburban view of the
Chicago Air and Water Show.

Just park in one of the lots off Campus or Arts Circle Drive, and
head east to the lakefront next to the campus lagoon. You're not
going to have the best view of the air show in all it's glory, but,
you will have:

* a place to picnic
* tons of room to run around
* free parking
* and, no hassle when it comes to crowds! This is especially nice if
you've got little kids who will be thrilled if they see just one plane.

This Sunday, August 19th - mellow out with some tunes!
From: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Where: Lake Bluff Village Green
What: A live concert by The "Spoken Four"

Don't forget to bring your blanket, lawn chairs, family and friends.
The Village Grill will fire up their grill on the Village Green with
