Insider Tips Of The Week:

Before you buy your new Spring shades
Here's what you need to know*:

  • Hanging on your best friends boat?: Go for polarized
lenses. These will reduce the surface glare and help you
minimize the straining and sqinting - which translates to
    less wrinkles!

  • Full On Sun You need transition lenses. These will adjust
so your correction lenses go from clear to dark without thinking
    or blinking.

  • Partial Sun: Think gradient.

  • Don't forget about the kids! Sure they want to look cool
like you, but their eyes truly do need proper UV protection so
    don't skimp here.

  • Best Way To Make Sure You DON'T LOSE your specs...
Get yourself an "Eye Keeper". These handy around the neck
pieces look like jewelry but more importantly hold onto your
eye protection so you don't end up leaving them in a public restroom!

    * These invaluable tips have been brought to you by Carolyn Rikje,
Eyewear Expert and Store Manager of SEE Eyewear in Highland Park
