Basketball fans wait every year for the tradition, excitement and upsets that make up the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. Get ready for another month of March Madness in 2009 starting with Selection Sunday scheduled this year on March 15 when top college teams are paired-off in the battle for the NCAA Championship. Opening round tips off March 17.
