Thursday nights can sure be a bore in the North Shore. They lack the pizzazz of the weekends, yet they are definitely not meant to be wasted away like Mondays.

This Thursday night, instead of slumping on your couch while searching your cell for a friend to call and beg to go out, skip the routine and head to Ravinia BBQ & Grill for Karaoke Night!

Karaoke begins at 9:30 pm and goes to 1 am on Thursdays. It begins at prime time, after licking your rib fingers. So when dinner is finished head over to the “after party” it is open late, at the bar. A few tips to keep in mind… at 10 pm the regular kitchen closes, but appetizers and bar food, like pizzas and quesadillas are still available. They also serve plenty of alcohol by nice looking and young bartenders.

No matter how tone-deaf or fantastic your voice is, you are welcome. Peeps from all over and even outside the North Shore, find their way here. Not only is the karaoke free, but it’s a blast!

Owner, Bunnie Mesirow, reports many couples have actually met on these karaoke nights. So no more excuses for not going out on Thursdays. Sure, you could end up making a fool of yourself, or becoming the next Kelly Clarkson, or even finally meeting that special someone! Either way, it’s a guaranteed good time!
