Every industry has its seasonality and in real estate, its immediately after the Superbowl (ughhh).

We wanted to get the insider's scoop on what's happening in the NorthShore and hear directly from leading authorities in the marketplace. Naturally, as Spring approaches (and not fast enough) the idea of staging your home or moving to a new one starts to percolate. So here's the word.

Overall, the good news for 2007 came through. While most of our top agents admitted to living through a slow 2006, the latest predictions for this year were consistent and positive.It's definitely a Buyer's Market, with a large supply of inventory. Many mentioned that phones are ringing and offices are busy with booking appointments. While its unlikely that anyone would consider the Northshore, home of the bargain - pricing was deemed to be fair and targeted to Buyers - especially new buyers fresh from the city.
