If you’re a fan of Fisher, you’re in luck – the store carries Misses, Petite and Women’s sizes, and also carries home products.

Land of Nod
Another true outlet, you’re not going to find children’s furniture in brand-shiny-new condition – but you will find a great selection, and if you’re willing to think creatively (“I can put that side up against the wall!”), you can find some really great deals. Also? The store often has a lot of the cutesy toys that you’re not willing to spend big bucks on, but can here.

Located right next door to Talbots, J. Jill includes many of the styles current to the season. You might not find jeans in your size, but they’ve always got a great t-shirt deal running and the clearance racks are fabulous!

This is a true outlet – with prices hovering between 50 and 70 percent off the regular stores. They also carry current styles, meaning you won’t walk in and find just out-of-season clothes, or only the styles from three seasons ago.

I-94 and Grand Ave., Gurnee: One of the nation’s outlet meccas, if you’re looking to save a few bucks for school clothes, winter coats, etc. – that staple shopping we all have to do, it’s a great one-stop shop. Even finicky kids can find style here, with stores like Abercrombie, The Gap, Rock America, Club Libby Lu, H&M, and Nautica.

 

Pleasant Prairie

Not a bad drive for some seriously great stores including Benetton, Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Old Navy and on and on
