Kick off the meal with the restaurant's signature eggs Benedict, followed by a buffet brunch. Highlights include made-to-order omelets, honey-glazed ham, crab cakes and waffles. Reservations recommended.

Begin your meal with palette teasers including sliced house cured smoked salmon on warm potato cake with chive and lemongrass crème fraiche. Entrees include Poached Eggs “Homardine” Over Toasted Brioche Croutons topped with lobster ravioli and sautéed Spinach. Finish sweetly with selections including a bittersweet Chocolate crepe with candied banana and dark rum gelato. Reservations required and begin at 11am, continuing every half hour until 2:30 pm.
