If you haven’t seen it yet, you will sometime soon — there’s a trendy book making its Chicago rounds, called “Never Put Ketchup On A Hot Dog,” by Vienna Beef exec Bob Schwartz. The book chronicles the delicacy (YES, it is a delicacy!) and some of the Chicago institutions that made it famous.
