Skokie Condos Up For Auction
June 6th, 2008 by JakeBuyers could get some great deals on new construction condominiums in Skokie as several condominiums go up for auction around the city. A total of 14 condominiums at The Residences at 8200 will be auctioned off on June 26 at the Hyatt Rosemont.
Buyers can choose from one and two-bedroom units, with floor plans ranging up to more than 1,600 square feet. There is no reserve for three of the condos, meaning that these condos will be sold at any price.
Another four townhomes will also be auctioned. These townhomes from the Townhomes at 8200 offer 1,800 square feet of living space. Just one townhome will be sold at no reserve.
Another development that will offer condos at the auction is Park Street Crossing. This Roselle development is located at 225 E Main Street. Bidders can choose from 25 condominiums, with floor plans ranging from one to two-bedrooms. The largest unit offers a total of 2,171 square feet of living space. Six of these units will be sold at no reserve.
Buyers looking for a great deal on North Shore Chicago Real Estate will want to keep a close eye on this auction.
