This particular development is a mix of 54 lofts located in a renovated seven story building with 187 condos located above in eleven stories of new construction being added on. The lofts at 565 Quincy have been designed to be larger than traditional lofts. Belgravia decided to build "high-end urban lofts" because there currently aren't many of that type available. Also, the addition of a third room to the two bedroom mix will allow the buyer to have either another bedroom, family room or even home office if they so decide.

Windows are all insulated glass with aluminum frames, plus the exterior doors and windows have had weather stripping applied to help reduce heating and cooling costs.

The homes at 565 Quincy come with a private balcony with spectacular views of the surrounding area. These personal outdoor spaces have a metal railing and are wired for an electrical outlet plus have lighting installed.

The UltraCraft kitchen cabinets are designed in a European style and measure 42 inches at the base. Counters are topped with durable 3/4 inch thick granite for long lasting wear. A stainless steel Kohler sink with pull out spray plus EG appliance package including refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning electric range and oven, Spacemaker microwave, Pot Scrubber multi-cycle dishwasher and under-sink garbage disposal.

The master baths have raised UltraCraft European style vanities and cabinets installed. The vanities are topped with sleek 3/4 inch granite, just like the kitchens, and high quality Kohler faucets and China Bowl sink are included. Depending on the floor plan, the baths have either a Kohler Steeping Tub or Cast Iron Recessed Bathtub. The flooring is 12 by 12 inch marble tile, as is on the shower walls. The surround has a fiberglass base with a clear glass aluminum door.

The secondary baths are similar but with 6 by 6 inch ceramic tile, UltraCraft vanities, white solid surface molded countertops, Kohler faucets, shower heads and cast iron recessed tub. The plans with a powder room have 12 by 12 inch marble tile, Kohler Pedestal sink and Halogen lights installed over the oval vanity mirror.
