Currently under construction, the Chicago Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts at Waterview Tower will be the first U.S. building under the Shangri Hotel flag. The 90 story high hotel is being built along the Chicago River, at the corner of West Wacker Drive and Clark Street. Floors 12 through 27 of the building are currently designed to house 200 hotel condominium units. Floors 30 through 88 will contain 233 residential condominiums.
