In the south Loop area of Chicago at 611 South Wells Street, the Vetro Condos and Residences is currently under construction and slated for completion in late 2007. The building will stretch some 31 stories high and house 233 luxury condos with varied designs and floor plans. Vetro, which when translated from Italian means glass, is the product of the Roszak/Architecture Development and Construction company. The building was so named because of the unique use of blue tinted glass to cover the entire exterior of the condominium.
