The Eastwood is being developed by Edward R. James Homes, in collaboration with Dodge Capital, LLC and J.Hawk DDI, LLC. Edward R. James has more than 50 years experience in development and homebuilding, including a wide range of residential projects.
There are 47 luxurious residences planned for The Eastwood, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom floor plans. The development will also include street level retail shops. Presently, pre-construction pricing is set at from the $300,000's to over $1,000,000.
The Eastwood’s sales center is set to open October 6, with “sneak previews” of several floor plans available to the public.
