Sherman Plaza is a $185 million mixed-use condo complex in downtown Evanston. In Evanston you'll find a wide selection of architecturally renowned houses, apartment buildings and condominium complexes, including Sherman Plaza. Another great thing here is that Evanston is home to Northwestern University, so it maintains a college town feel, but with the addition of excellent restaurants, convenient transportation and idyllic views.
