Sherman Plaza is a $185 million mixed-use condo complex in downtown Evanston. In Evanston you'll find a wide selection of architecturally renowned houses, apartment buildings and condominium complexes, including Sherman Plaza. Another great thing here is that Evanston is home to Northwestern University, so it maintains a college town feel, but with the addition of excellent restaurants, convenient transportation and idyllic views.

According to Tim Anderson, the president of Focus Development (the company developing the project), Sherman Plaza is the largest mixed-use development in a suburban downtown. The building has 253 condos and 152,000 square feet of retail, plus a parking garage for 1,600 cars.

For those looking for a condo positioned in the heart of Evanston, with plenty of activities nearby, there is no better place than Sherman Plaza. Residents claim that the location is one of the biggest advantages of this condo complex. The building occupies almost an entire city block in downtown Evanston, bounded by Church and Davis Streets and Sherman and Benson Avenues. The location is just perfect. Owners (or renters) can walk to everything they need. Within walking distance, there is a hair salon, movie theaters, the Evanston Public Library, shopping, restaurants and churches.
